Tides Great condo on the beach! Big promotions

The property location is great. Waterfront, convenient and all. However, they will charge you $30 PER COUPLE for key fobs. We had 3 people and we had to pay for 2 key fobs. You cannot pay for 1 key fob. If you have 5 people, you have to pay for 3 key fobs which would be $90. We were not informed in the contract. Old condo with old, outdated decor. There was a swimsuit left on the balcony from previous renter. The rug in the living room is a cheap outdoor ight weight carpet that does not stay put. Every time, you walk on, it moves and you can slip and fall because it is light, slippery, and not adhere to the wood floor. The broken light of the three light in the bathroom left the room quite dark when we took shower. There aren't enough towel and clothes hangers/hooks for 2 people in the bathroom. We had to hang our towels one on top of another. Not comfortable. Showerhead is strong and hurts your skin like hundreds of needles, NOT COMFORTABLE. We ran out off toilet paper on the third day. We asked for replenish and they told us to go buy toilet paper ourself because they provide only ONE ROLL PER STAY. Unbelievable. Communication is not fast. If contact by email, they responded in a day or two. If you text the assistant, you will get responded faster. The checkout time is 11AM and at 9AM they will come and knock on your door to tell you it time to leave. SUPER RUDE. I would not recommend nor come back to the condo.

My husband celebrated his birthday in Hollywood, Florida, and stayed at this property from January 11th to January 15th. We visit Miami often, and decided to stay in Hollywood this visit. The host, Ines provided detailed information regarding the unit, check-in, check-out, etc. The assistant Eliana called, and advised that she would be waiting for us. Eliana was so pleasant and professional, and made the check-in process very easy. The Valet was also nice and made sure we knew the procedures for registering our rental car. The unit itself was clean and spacious and the view of the ocean was amazing. The pool was also very nice. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the peacefulness of the area. We totally enjoyed our visit. This property is worth every penny. We would rent again. :-)

This property was clean and in good condition, and right along the beach. The owner was so accommodating, she answered my every text timely and even had a replacement beach umbrella delivered when we reported the previous was broken. The one issue we had was for check-in and parking-- the building staff wasn't very clear with their instructions, we had to speak to 5 different people to get all of our passes, other guests in the building were having tantrums about this, and one of the valets even told us to park elsewhere. Thankfully, the other valet assisted us properly. But these are not problems with the apartment or the owner, as both were fantastic. Once we got through the building registration, we had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is moldy even the bed feels wet. The bathroom has a rink of rotten sewage. I left before as I couldn’t stand it anymore even if it meant paying double in this horrible place and a hotel. I informed the host and while she was not rude at any point she was clearly dismissive

Stayed here with some friends for a girls trip. The location is right on the beach so beach access was great. Room was clean, nothing fancy but great for us. It’s a short Uber ride to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants. It’s very secure as you need your key fab to get in all doors and elevator. The only challenge we had was where to store our luggage as we had a late flight the day of departure. But will just require to plan ahead. Pool area very nice. Would stay again!

Two week March vacation with great weather in a one bedroom one bath apartment in an older building in a terrific location. Pool and beach were perfect. Staff and owner were friendly and accommodating. Nice fitness facility and cafe on site. Location convenient two restaurants, shopping and attractions attractionsin an attractive and safe neighborhood..Friendly and helpful Checkin.

We stayed here for 4 nights in January/February. There were 4 adults in our party. Upon arrival we walked in and noticed a very strong odor. We also noticed many air fresheners and candles and the odor was super strong and very unpleasant, lasting throughout our entire stay. We even smelled it on our clothes hours after leaving the room. There were 2 washcloths total for 4 adults, we called and were told that is all we get, we bought some from Walmart so we didn’t have to share. There were stains on the pillow shams, and the pillows were yellow and very thin. The furniture was older and the dining room table chairs were fabric and they were damp with stains on each chair. The balcony chair broke while we were sitting on it. One of the end table legs was bent. The 4 beach chairs were rusted and one was bent. Another of the beach chairs had a rod broken in the back. The walk in closet had mold on the ceiling and there was a very thick layer of dust on the closet door. The living room carpet was indoor/outdoor and very well used. We found a large bug in the bathroom cupboard. We were accidentally given the code to the wrong room and realized it was occupied. The same codes are used for all the rooms the owner rents out. We have rented a lot of VRBO’s and have never had this problem before. We all felt this experience needed shared for anyone interested in this property.

The impression of the property was good but there was a nasty smell of sewage and something has to be done before renting it to others

The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities. I was really happy with the beach chairs and umbrella! The location was great, just steps from the beach. The check-in was a hassle, but it’s due to the condo association and not the owner. It took forever to get a parking pass and the fob. We had no problems checking out and the unit worked great for our purposes. The road it’s on is busy but we couldn’t hear the traffic and we had no problem getting around.
