Three-Building, Waterfront Property w/ Bay Views, Decks, & Full Kitchens

This was a fantastic property for the price. Close to plenty of attractions, stores, and restaurants. Roomy and plenty of beds. The neighboring pond was an unexpectedly pleasant feature. Also a lovely view of the bay from unit A. Cleanliness of the common areas was so-so. But we understand rentals like this can attract large, messy groups and it can be hard to clean up after. None of the dishwashers worked very well when we got there, but we managed to fix one.All in all, would gladly recommend.

Used this for our early childhood educator conference and it was perfect for our needs. Steps from the bay and a block from the beach, quiet, even with construction next door. One of the bungalows needs updating but everything else was great.

Property was being Renovated and we were not made aware prior to arrival. One cottage was deemed unusable. Patio doors in all units didn't lock. Furniture in unit A and C were damaged. For the cost you would expect more. I will not recommend this property unit A WAS NOT CLEAN chips on the floor. Blinds were broken or dirty. Lamp had no bulb in bedroom. Bed frames was broken in Unit C.

The units were spacious. We had a problem with cleanliness and missing items. We rented all four units. We had to clean the properties before doing anything. Cottages could use an upgrade. The refri is old, dirty, rusty, and missing items. There were no utensils such as forks, knifes and spoons in one of the unit. One broom was for all four units.

Rented for a cheer competition. Was messaged the day of arrival 1 unit was not available because it was under constructions. Was promised a refund. Only received partial. Upon arrival of the house the floors were so dirty our feet were black. There were stains on the wall and beds. The bunk beds shook which was a safety issue because the kids couldn’t sleep on the top in fear it would collapse from the weight. Due to bunk bed issue, I had to have my kids sleep with me on a king bed that sunk in the middle. The doors would not lock. The neighborhood wasn’t safe. The area and units have potential. But the property needs work. I have called several times and the customer service was not willing to support. I will never use Vacasa again.

the 4 apartments were perfect for our large group. it provided centralized gathering place as well as privacy when needed.

The four separate apartment/cottages were perfect for a multi family vacation.

The place was perfect everyone had their own room and plenty of space. The price point was perfect. We had a great weekend!!!! Will defiantly make this an annual trip for our group...

We really liked the multiple units which gave everyone the right amount of space. The only complaint was the shower door , hallway bathroom upstairs unit was not on track and nearly created a serious foot injury when it fell off. besides that the place was great.

My family enjoyed our stay. Rented all three places. The small cabin could use some updates. There is no grill which was a small disappointment. Overall we were happy with our experience.
