This recently renovation three bedroom apartment is located in a traditionally Spanish complex, directly on the San Pedro beach promenade. Amazing location for anyone looking to step out of their apartment onto the beach front where you will find ample beach bars and restaurants.
The apartment itself is a very spacious and a contemporary 3 bedroom apartment, sleeping 6 person it consists of one king sized bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with an additional shower room. The open plan kitchen and lounge is light and airy and leads directly to the terrace dining area to enjoy that al-fresco dining on the warm evenings. The apartment comes fully air conditioned for those summer days and it also has heating for the winter months. Along with all amenities the apartment also has WIFI throughout, a safety deposit box and international TV channels including the UK Sky Sports and Sky Movie channels and Firestick Apps.

    We are a group of 5 friends & have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely apartment which was so nicely decorated & had everything you needed from an extremely well equipped kitchen where there was washing gel, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine washing up liquid etc plus bonus of beach towels & a fab welcome of cava, milk, & biscuits. The location is also absolutely perfect being a leisurely 20-25 min walk to Puerto banus one way or San Pedro the other way with endless choice of restaurants & bars along the way. Supermarket was an easy 15 min walk too. Don’t be put of by the mention in previous reviews of the one empty building situated next door we are so pleased we weren’t we can highly recommend the apartment & not forgetting the host Gemma who was superb.

    Superb location, right on the sea front with a lovely promonade walk and bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Perfect for us with a young family - highly recommend and will definitely return

    Apartment was lovely. Showers not great, low pressure. Internet very poor. Gemma was fantastic. Building in need of some repair. Over all great holiday.

    Apartment was well equipped and clean. The apartment block however is a little dishevelled but don’t let that concern you. We had no issues during our stay and easily accessible to bars and restaurants. Walkway links the block area to Puerto Banús making a nice medium length walk.

    The apartment was absolutely lovely couldn’t fault it, the communal area could do with a bit of repair but was clean, great location right on the beach front and approximately 25min stroll to Puerto Banús. Gemma was great and always on hand if you needed her.

    The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and a fairly big for our family of 4. The location was great with easy access to the beach, bars & restaurants and a short walk to the nearby towns.

    As we did not have a car this was ideal for us. Straight out the front door onto the promenade with all it’s restaurants and nice walk to Puerto Banus or San Pedro. The apartment was lovely and modern and Gemma from the management company made us very welcome. You can tell the building is being updated. There was a nice mixture of residents and holiday makers. Look forward to returning.

    The actual apartment was clean and comfortable but the building it is in is appalling. The lift door had been kicked and battered, so we took the stairs ..there were chunks out of the cement steps and broken tiles on the walls and floor not to mention a supermarket trolly, washing, gas cylinder, B.B.Q’s .coming back after dark we felt quite threatened. There were also cars recks in the car park for us to park alongside. The only good thing was Gemma a really delightful lady who was very helpful. We moved to an hotel for the remainder of our stay.

    The apartment is very well appointed with everything you might need. It was clean and tidy but we did have a minor problem with cockroaches. We were well looked after by the agents MPM and and there was a welcome pack of basic provisions and a bottle of Cava when we arrived. Gemma was very welcoming and helpful. The seafront location is excellent but some of the other residents in the block make the area a bit shabby.
