This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second room you'll find a queen bed, office desk and chair, and walk-in closet.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building.

    The location was perfect and the loft was clean and welcoming. The main issue was the bed in the master bedroom squeaked with the slightest amount of movement. We could not get a good nights sleep in the master bedroom.

    Friends & I had an awesome time staying here! Right in the heart of the old market near all the restaurants, bars, & shops. Very easy check in & check out process. Will stay here again if we ever come back to Omaha!

    We were in town to watch our son in the CWS. These apartments are literally feet away from great dining and great coffee. Easy walk to everything including Charles Schwab stadium. The only time we needed an uber was to the airport and the zoo. Communication with the manager was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

    All was just fine. We parked in the multistory lot about one half block walk. That was easy and convenient.
