Kitchen and Dining Room
We know how important a well-equipped kitchen is on vacation! You’ll find everything you need to cook your favorite meals or host a fun game night around the full-size dining table that seats six. We’ve also included kid-friendly dishware, utensils, and a high chair, so families can feel right at home.

Primary Bedroom
Just off the living room, the primary suite offers a luxurious king bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with mountain-inspired finishes. It’s the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Suncadia.

Outdoor Patio
Step outside and unwind on the plush outdoor seating while soaking up peaceful mountain views. Whether it’s your morning coffee, evening wine, or a quiet moment under the stars, this space was designed for comfort and connection.

Hot Tub & Heated Outdoor Pool
Relax and rejuvenate at the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, conveniently located just outside the first floor of Suncadia Lodge. Pool towels are provided, simply grab one as you head out for a dip or a soothing soak.

**No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center**

SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS
You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access

Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
