Walk to coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, patio restaurants, bars, pubs, splash parks, ice skating in the winter, movies, theatre, bowling, groceries,  local shopping, high-end retail, and much more.

Easy Transportation-The L Red line 2 blocks away, Brown line 3 blocks.  Cab and Uber on the Street.  Easy to take the train from O'Hare or Midway Airports.

Take the train to Millennium Park, Grand Park, Willis Tower or John Hancock.  Quick cab to Second City or The Blue Man Group.  Cab or Train to the Theatre District.   Explore the neighborhood around Clark and Addison even if the CUBS are not in town.  The Hotel Zachary is located between us and the famous Wrigley Marquee.  Have dinner and enjoy the Zachary lobby on your own time along with all the many other spots in a few block radius.
