The Vatican Roof Garden 3BD 4BT near Vatican Museum, San Peter, Subway.

This property was one of the best stays my family and I have ever been to. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine had a drying option. The metro was at walking distance. The Vatican can was 10 min walk. The owners kept in touch and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The 4 bathrooms so nice. We had so much space for all 7 people travelling with us. I would go back here in a heart beat. What a beautiful apartment. Felt like a dream.

Host was very helpful. Location was superb! Apartment was beautifully appointed, updated to include modern conveniences but there were some appliance issues during our stay, mainly with the dishwasher. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo so the cycles take longer but there are heating racks to hang dry clothes. Francesca was responsive and helpful, and even gave us a personal tour of the Trionfale Mercato with some excellent recommendations for food sources. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Safe neighborhood. Stayed with husband and three kids and we were all comfortable with bedroom/bathroom space.

The suite was exactly as advertised. The rooftop terrace was nice, even in November. Check in was a breeze. Great amenities near by. Would stay there again.

The apartment is as described and pictured. Great location and within minutes to Vatican. The accommodation was great for 4 adults. Host was easy to reach when needed. Apartment is very clean but can use some refreshing on paint and furnishings. Would stay here again.

What an incredibly beautiful, clean and huge apartment! The views from the rooftop garden are amazing especially at sunset. Apartment is stocked with everything you need from coffee to toiletries! Photos for listing are as you see them, however the 4 bathrooms are enormous and the tiling is just beautiful. The location is perfect for touring the Vatican and other nearby sites! Restaurants galore, a mercato across the street. This is an apartment that has everything you could want.

Everything from top to bottom was seamless. The place was EXACTLY as described and as shown in the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 young adult/adult children. We only wished we were here longer. It was easy to get anywhere from this apartment. Francesca was extremely responsive and kind with each question I had. The terrace was a lovely place to unwind and watch the sunset. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to Rome.

This apartment is even better than its listing. We stayed 31 nights and felt so at home here. Francesca was an amazing host as our various family members moved in and out. This was our 4th visit to Rome and by far the best, in many ways because of this beautiful accommodation.

We stayed as a group of 8! Incredible accommodations! Everyone had a perfect place to sleep and with 4 huge bathrooms we all had more than enough to keep refreshed. The location is perfect being 10 minutes from the Vatican, restaurants and subway. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need! The gist was quick to answer any questions and was very pleasant to work with! You won’t be sorry if you’re lucky enough to stay here!

This home was perfect for our family and an excellent place to come back to after long days exploring the Eternal City! Francesca was very effective at communicating and accommodating by allowing us to drop off our luggage at the apartment when we arrived several hours before check-in. The incredible location to sites (walking and/or access to public transportation), great restaurants, grocery/markets, and a home with everything we needed and more simplified our trip and enhanced our vacation. This is our second time here, and it remains a great apartment in an excellent part of Rome. Clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the host, at a reasonable price for Rome. We will stay here again if we travel with another group in the future.

Beautiful property; fantastic location, great for our extended family of six. Stayed for three nights at the end of a Mediterranean cruise. Highly recommend.
