The Space:

Enjoy a fully private, guest-dedicated lower level designed for comfort and ease. The space features a bedroom, with a king bed and two twin bunks, a dedicated office, and a spacious kitchenette stocked with all the essentials for your stay.



Step outside to your private hot tub, or unwind on the screened patio just off the bedroom. With easy yard access and a covered parking area, everything is set up for a relaxed and convenient mountain stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox located at the private entrance. The access code and arrival details will be provided on the day of check-in. Parking is available on site with convenient covered access. Please note that the parking is a shared space with the home above. Please leave one bay under the carport accessible at all times.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in an upscale community of eco-chic modern mountain retreats called The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve. Community amenities include a pool, heated spa, sauna, fire pit, picnic pavilion, and community walking trail. Convenient access to Blairsville and Murphy for all of your needs like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

Understory is easily accessible by car, with parking available on-site. Google maps is the best tool for navigation. Parking is shared with the home above. Please leave one bay of the carport open.



Other Things to Note:

The home above The Understory may be occupied during your stay. Unfortunately this home is not pet friendly.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy self-check-in with no personal greeting. Communication will be handled exclusively through email or the booking app, where we are available to assist with any immediate needs. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
