Summary:

The property consists of 3 individual cottages on the one block. As a whole, the property can sleep up to 17 guests (maximum of 14 adults).

A wonderful option for the whole family, situated in the heart of Torquay.



The main house is generous enough for everyone to congregate for meals and relax in the living areas. There are ample pots, pans and crockery for up to 17 guests. There is also a massive outdoor area for everyone to enjoy alfresco dining or agame of back yard cricket. Hotel quality linen and bath towels are all supplied and there is off street parking for 4 vehicles.



Below is a breakdown of each Cottage:



- Cottage 1, Sleeps 8

Cottage 1 is the ‘main house’ located at the front of the block. It is a two bedroom home, with a large living and dining area, kitchen and breakfast bar, plus a family bathroom, laundry and a seperate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a set of single bunks and a trundle bed (sleeps 5). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single trundle bed (sleeps 3).

There is a large split system air conditioner in the open plan living room, as well as ducted heating throughout, kitchen and dining areas.



- Cottage 2, sleeps 5

Cottage 2 is a cosy self-contained studio apartment with its own separate entrance. Complete with a small electric cook top, microwave, bar fridge, kitchen sink, kettle, toaster, dining table, TV, free WI-FI and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, this cottage has all of the essentials you need for a comfortable stay in Torquay. Cottage 2 has a queen bed, one set of single bunk beds and a trundle bed, sleeping 5 people (maximum 4 adults). There is a large split system air conditioning unit capable of heating and cooling the whole apartment.



- Cottage 3, Sleeps 4

Cottage 3 is a self-contained studio apartment with its own separate entrance. Complete with a small electric cook top, microwave, full size fridge, kitchen sink, kettle, toaster, dining table, TV, free WI-FI and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, this cottage has all of the essentials you need for a comfortable stay in Torquay.

Getting Around:

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and the beach, with shops, cafes and supermarket within 1 minute of the front door. On-street parking is available, plus a single garage for 1 small car only.

Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
