The Truist Park first base! Spacious/free parking

If you want nice and easy for an overnight to a Braves game this is the place! Walkable and safe!! We enjoyed our stay!!

Drove 6 hours to attend events with family members who live in Atlanta. We checked in and noticed right away the area/complex was less than ideal. We had to leave for the 1st event quickly so we changed and left. We returned after midnight and there was nowhere to park. There were cars parked everywhere including the building entrances, on the grass, all no parking zones, walkways and cars parking behind other vehicles blocking them in. We had to circle around the complex for over 20 minutes and park way past the entrance of the complex which is no where near the apartment. We finally got to the apartment and as we tried to get settled and sleep, the noise from the upstairs neighbors was terrible!They were going in and out and stomping around above us until after 6:30am. The enitre apartment smells of smoke (as previous guests or owners must have smoked inside). My husband and I are extremely allergic and spent the night and into the morning coughing incessantly. We couldnt have slept anyways with the noise. Exhausted is an understatement. Our clothes, hair and luggage all smelled of smoke. It was disgusting! I contacted the owner of the property and the response I got was; Sorry, but we hardly enforce the non-smoking rules inside the apartment. What happens outside is out of my control. We live in an apartment complex and we have an active community.. No attempt to rectify the situation. Had to book a hotel room. Horrible experience!

Nice place, just as described in the listing. Within walking distance of Truist park. The are is hilly so keep that in mind if walking. Host is super responsive. Great overall stay!

Having stayed at various hotels near Truist Park/Battery complex for Braves games, we have had one constant issue: parking! Stay in the Battery where parking is taken care of and pay exorbitant prices for a hotel room with a sea of grumbling, rude, and entitled fans, or stay further out and deal with a long, hilly walk, or fight the insanity of parking lots and the rush of 40 thousand people on the road. Ramiro’s place, as we now call it, takes care of all those headaches, with a clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment with insanely easy access to the park! All furnishings and fixtures worked, the ac was nice and cold, excellent water pressure for the shower, and the living area was spacious with comfy chairs and couches. The kitchen has all you need for meal prep and dining options abound within a 5 mile radius. Ramiro offers prompt and helpful responses to any questions, and will work hard to ensure a pleasant stay. Wifi consistently tested at 300Mbps with strong signal. I hope Ramiro’s place is available for our next Braves trip; I can’t think of anywhere else we would want to stay!

Loved staying here to go to the Braves games! It is just across the street from the Battery and entrance to the ballpark. Easy to park and easy to walk to the game.
