Tiny houses are all the rage. Here is your opportunity to stay in a tiny house in the middle of Austin. We call it the Tree-cycle because it’s on wheels. This little jewel has all you need for a comfy nights sleep. A queen bed, mini kitchen with fridge, micro, hotplate, cable TV, wifi, coffee maker and dishes. There is a couch with table and extra chair, chest of drawers and a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was built by master furniture maker, the owner, Wolf Sittler. It has amazing wood details. The house was built in 2015.
The location is ideal: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the trendy SOCO and Rainy street districts, 15 minutes from the capital and the University of Texas. Even better, it is 3 blocks from the Hike and Bike trail. When you are in the house it feels like the country since it backs up to a wooded greenbelt. There is google fiber wifi, cable TV, AC and heat.

My partner and I stayed at this cute tiny home in Austin over the weekend for a music festival that was happening. Arrival was easy, signs and instructions clearly marked where to go and where to enter. The interior was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

I stayed at the Tiny House in Travis Heights neighborhood in Austin. The neighborhood is beautiful with treelined streets and gorgeous homes. The house is located close to public transportation, which made it easy for me to get around. Although I missed the Travis Heights Art Trail, which was being held the weekend I was there, I did get to see some of the displays on my walk to the bus stop. The Tiny House itself is beautifully done with great woodwork. However, I wish there had been curtains on the small window in the door and to the left of the door. There was some stairway lighting that peaked into the house all night. Checking in with a keypad was easy. I never had any issues. I felt safe in the home and area. The mattress was two sheets of foam, rather than a traditional mattress, and as someone with back issues, it wasn't comfortable for me. The bathroom was very small and the shower didn’t give you much room to maneuver around. On the other hand, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. Charlotte gave me lots of information before my trip, which was helpful (including information about the Arts Trail). I had one issue with a blind in the house and she was responsive to my text/email. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Tiny House in Travis Heights, Austin, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in a beautiful neighborhood.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend wedding downtown. Location was extremely convenient. Just be warned: be very comfortable with who you’re staying with. Extremely tight quarters.

The tiny house was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. Everything you would need was included. Location was great and easily accessible via walking, scooters, ride shares, etc. Host was very friendly and accommodating on short notice. 10/10 recommend staying at this tiny house.

Although tiny, the house had everything we needed. It was within one to two miles of just about everywhere we wanted to go - Congress Avenue, Art, food, music. Thanks!

This place is everything you need. Charlotte and Wolf are gracious, organized and have such a lovely place to stay. Highly recomend this for anyone staying in Austin. Even if you intend on spending your time downtown, this place is a quick five min drive from the core. Thanks again Wolf and Charlotte!!! Five out of five.
