The terrace on the historic market

Great location close to wonderful markets and a short walk to the historic sites, shopping and restaurants. Host was pleasant and helpful.

Daniela welcomed us with kindness and a smile even though we were running late and had kept her waiting! We had apertivos, water and ice waiting for us and also some dolci typical of Palermo. Her apartment was very comfortable and had everything you needed with many extra toiletries available. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and spices for making a meal. The view from the top terrace is wonderful, so we made sure to enjoy breakfasts and coffee and cocktails and even a dinner on the terrace. The apartment is well situated for walking to most sights and attractions of Palermo. Many restaurants and stores are close by and the Mercato del Capo is right next to the apartment building. Lovely cosy flat with everything we needed. The location was perfect, short walk to main sights, literally overlooking the Capo market and its amazing street food. Daniela left us some treats in the fridge and was constantly on hand to answer all our questions. We hope to go back.

I could not be happier. This location is right at the beginning of the market YET extremely quiet and comfortable. It does not have a microwave but everything else you need is there. There is a little grocery about 2 blocks away to buy cereal and milk if need be and a really nice restaurant a few feet from the front door. The apartment has a lovely roof top terrace for relaxation and a little balcony with flowers growing, so pretty. The washing machine worked perfectly. The bathroom is very adequate with a bidet and small shower. Larger people may struggle a bit with the small shower but as a normal sized person it was fine. There is an elevator so getting up to the apartment is easy for all.The host made certain that all my questions were answered and accommodated my requests appropriately. She is very friendly and communication went seamlessly. I would definitely stay there again and greatly appreciated her efforts.

We enjoyed our stay very Much. The little extra comforts provided were greatly appreciated. The location was very central and it was easy to walk everywhere. Having the capo market at our doorstep was an advantage as well

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city. This place is conveniently located above the colourful historic market, very close to Teatro Massimo, and a walking distance to the Cathedral and many other places we visited on our 4 day trip. Excellent communication with the Daniela and her husband. They greeted us with local sweets, cannoli and a 7 layer cake. The apartment was well stocked and spotless clean. We highly recommend it.
