The property was exactly what we needed! A small quiet property in a safe neighborhood. We arrived after dark and the lights were on to welcome us! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to during our stay, including a Kroger. Street parking was easily accessible on the weekend. The owners were responsive to questions in a timely manner and very welcoming. I would highly recommend their properties!

We loved our stay at the Tea Olive Cottage. It was centrally located in a quiet street in the historic district. Easy walk to riverfront and Forsyth Park areas. The cottage was very clean and just as pictured. We had an issue with checking in - the lock on the front gate was not working. Both Brandon and Chase were very responsive - they communicated the status, made every effort to get us inside, and Chase stayed with us to make sure we had access to the cottage. They just need to update their check-in instructions as the lock is different on the gate than it is for the cottage itself. We appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they resolved that issue and they ensured our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this property when staying in Savannah.

Very comfortable, cozy, and private. You could not pick a better spot to get to literally everywhere on foot. We didn’t drive the entire time we stayed. 5 minute walk to Clary’s (best breakfast!) 10 min. Walk to Forsyth park, 20 minute walk to the shops and the river and museums. Just perfect. Will definitely stay here again!!!

The cottage is well located on the eastern edge of the Historic District within a 10 to 15 minute walk of several good restaurants. There is also an excellent coffee shop/bakery close by. At the end of the block there’s a dog park which we found very convenient. The cottage itself was adequately sized and reasonably comfortable but in need of some sprucing up, painting and repairs. All in all a pleasant enough stay in Savannah. Be forewarned there is a 100 dog fee which does not show up on the original booking. It is mentioned elsewhere on the listing and charged separately.

Quiet spot with all one needs. When in Savannah again, this will be my go-to place to stay. Owners were quick to respond to all questions during my booking process.

This was a cute cottage. Very quiet location. The street parking was safe. Safe neighborhood to walk the dog. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is as described. The small dorm refrigerator freezer works amazing unlike hotel dorm size refrigerator. Two burner hot plate and microwave for simple meals. The fenced courtyard was nice and friendly for dog. Good quiet find.

Had a wonderful stay at the Tea Olive Cottage! Quiet walkable neighborhood (about a 20 minute stroll to Broughton) with plenty of restaurants close by. (The kitchenette was a lovely bonus for early breakfasts before starting the day!) Parking was easy, the gate was well marked, and the locked courtyard made everything feel secure and private. The space was modern, bright, and clean and was set up very nice for hanging out or eating. The only thing I’d change/improve would be the bathroom. Totally fine and clean, but it needs to be updated to match the caliber of the rest of the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
