Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.
Check-out is at 11 AM.
Late check-out:From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 75€.
After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.




The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.
