The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy access & parking. The host is wonderful!

Although we were far from home we felt like at home. Such a cute, homey apartment, grounding for heart and soul. Joni responded promptly to all our questions. We're happy we chose this place for our visit to Seattle : )

Host graciously allowed us to check in an hour early and responded immediately when we had a question about the electric fireplace. Communication/instructions prior to check in were clear and thorough.

Cozy unit in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal location for our visit to to see family in the Kenmore area. Had a minor issue but host was very communicative and followed-up.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay... where do I begin?! Parking is easy/convenient; Full-size washer/dryer; Everything about this place shows the level of thought that is put into making the stay as comfy and cozy as possible! Very clean, beautiful decor, extra towels/washcloths, blankets and pillows; a few games; large selection of coffee and tea, hot chocolate and spiced cider; literally too many amenities to list! But my favorite was the electric fireplace! I would select one of the books off the shelf and curl up in a comfy chair with a soft warm blanket in front of the fireplace, coffee in hand and start my morning while listening to the gentle rain coming down outside. I hated to leave...loved it! We will return next time we're in the area!

My husband, my son, and I stayed in Bothell for my daughter’s wedding. We all loved this place. It was well stocked with everything we needed and it is in a great location! Joni was very accommodating, and was a gracious host. The three of us really appreciated her attention to detail and her lovely garden. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place:)

The charm of this place is fantastic! Great location for access to the north end of the Seattle area; such as, Leavenworth and Chateau Ste. Michelle to name a few. Also, downtown Bothell is just a few blocks away with a much new look and vibe from years ago. The Hillcrest Bakery is a must visit!

The apartment was tastefully decorated and felt very welcoming. The washer/dryer was a nice amenity. The neighborhood was quiet but also convenient to restaurants and other services. The owner is responsive and very helpful. We look forward to staying here next year.

We had a Great Time!!! Joni is a kind and friendly host. Property was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of days to relax before our cruise. We had a great time in Seattle and visiting Mt. Rainier. Next time in Seattle we’re looking forward to having a longer visit. We would recommend The Suburban Farmhouse! Looking forward to coming back again one of these days!!!

The property was a little farther outside of Seattle than I anticipated but was worth the extra drive. The property was as listed and nice to have the space to unwind. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy to get to the freeways. The host was very friendly and had great recommendations.

Joni’s garage apartment is beautifully appointed, with lots of little extras like snacks and whimsical decor! The place is clean, there are instructions for everything, and the location was perfect for my visit. The only thing I would suggest is to add a hook in the bathroom and recaulk the tub/shower surround. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back again! Thanks for the hospitality….

A wonderful stay in a great location, central to many areas for the week. Clean with all needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood with parking and easy access to the unit. Beautiful gardens all around the house and Joni was a gracious host.

Enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay at this property in Bothell. My husband & I were there to visit our 9-month old grandson in Kirkland. The apartment was just perfect for our stay/ needs. Comfy, very clean, well-appointed, easy check-in. Joni was super nice & responsive to our questions & let us check-in early since our flight arrived early in the am. We highly recommend staying here & would return again in the future!!

Me and my two teens stayed here and really enjoyed this quaint place. It is decorated beautifully and has pretty much anything you might need. The host was amazing and gives you the utmost privacy. We will definitely stay here again!! Lovely

Location and apartment itself was wonderful. found some great places to eat within 3 min drive. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay (and more), definitely felt like home away from home. would stay again in a heartbeat.

Joni’s beautiful place was exactly as advertised. And then some!

We had a lovely time getting to know Bothell while we welcomed a grandson into the family. The location is ideal-close to downtown and near shopping yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a welcome retreat at the end of each day. The host was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The house was lovely and clean. Host was good at communicating. We had to do a lot of clean up according to their check out procedures before leaving which took an hour and a half, which was frustrating. Other than that a great place to stay.

Perfectly located. Easy walk to Bothell and trails. Easy drive to surrounding cities. This host truly thought of everything even down to the cute fall decor. One of my most favorite stays!

Joni is the sweetest host and this little abode is like a magical cottage. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Everything was perfect and I couldn't ask for a more heavenly place to stay.

We stayed here so we could go see a show at Chateau St Michelle. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was one of the cleanest we've ever rented. It also is slightly walkable if you are open to walking to downtown Bothell or to the QFC around the corner. Would highly recommend.

Photos do not do it justice. It is much larger than I thought it would be. Very bright, clean and comfortable. I would most definitely recommend to anyone interested in booking. Easy access to all major roadways. Met both Joni and Cheryl and they could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality.

Property manger is a joy to work with, the apt is clean extremely well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Woodinville wine tastings, I -405 and ez access to I -5 a few miles away.

Stayed 2 days before cruise to visit with local family. Place was clean and as described. Decor was superb. Host was friendly and accommodating, to both myself and my family. That was very much appreciated.
