Stayed Jul 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this studio apartment and would not hesitate to come back in the future. The place was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We definitely appreciated the air conditioner when needed; however, during most of our stay, by opening all the windows allowed for enough air flow for the apartment to be comfortable with just the ceiling fans. Monica was easy to communicate with and provided some good suggestions on places to visit. With a rental car, it was easy to access some wonderful landmarks, parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Thanks for hospitality Monica!

Stayed Oct 27, 2025The apartment is located close to many restaurants on Balboa and is very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Monica and Tom are great hosts. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. This visit was our second time to use the apartment. Great experience!

Stayed Dec 28, 2023We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO in Clairemont. The studio was clean and neat; well stocked with coffee, snacks, and dishes if you wanted to cook. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Shopping and dining areas were close. We would love to stay there again when we visit San Diego.
