The property was very clean with wonderful amenities. You step off the porch into a quiet little garden. There are steep stairs to contend with for the bedrooms, so it’s not good for people with physical disabilities, but for everyone else, it’s magical.

I’m use to being able to lie in bed and watch the morning news or a late night movie. The unit doesn’t afford that option.

Very walkable to river street with shops and bars along the way, and also a short uber ride. Just one heads up, the stairs to the upstairs are a little steep, for older renters. Otherwise a great place and highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was amazing and the bedrooms are bathrooms were great, but the stairs leading to the second floor (bedrooms) were a little scary. I wouldn’t want to climb them after a few drinks. We loved being so close to the park!

The generous layout of the kitchen and the cozy living room next to it is very charming. Although it was not quite the season for outside living, one or two times I was able to use the porch swing - would love to come back later in the year to enjoy porch and garden more.Hope to be back one day!Also thank you for the very efficient dryer, which dried my clothing in next to no time.I felt right at home upon arrival and was quite sad when I had to town and apartment again.

The property itself was gorgeous, everything was clean and maintained. Wonderful location, walking distance to most things. Management was quick and available to respond to my one issue: there are like 4 rentals at this address, and which one was ours wasnt abundantly clear.
