Stayed Mar 7, 2025Good location to Dockland area and CBD with the free tram city circuit an added benefit. Noisy even on the 10 th floor. Self check in is a real issue trying to find the lockbox as we had to try 9 boxes before finding the correct one. Would not use this self check in again.

Stayed Aug 26, 2024The location of this property is perfect, across the road from Skybus, Spencer outlets, supermarkets, bus, and tram stops. Everything that you need is a short stroll away. I felt very safe regardless of time, the police station is at the end of the block and provides a good way to orientate yourself if lost as its tower can be seen from most of Melbourne. We had difficulty locating the drop box (a picture of the actual location may have helped) and then releasing the box -not as easy as it initially seemed! The unit is tiny, neat, clean, well laid out, and cute. We were always warm inside (t-shirts), rarely needed the heating (A/C) on even though it was very cold outside and we usually kept the balcony windows open - I think it is because there is little actual ventilation within the building. The balcony is a blessing giving some extra space and the chance to feel the real outside temperature My suggestions for improvement would be to provide a few more basics. As we stayed for nearly 2 weeks, we had to do a major shop as the courtesy items provided only lasted a couple of days, most of it we could not fly home with us - so we left noodles, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, butter, pies in the freezer, dishwashing detergent, dish clothes - I am hoping the next person could make use of these, I find most people are happy to replace whatever they use and grateful for the consideration. Extra tea towels, bathmats would also have been nice We loved our stay, and would happily return!
