Stayed Nov 17, 2025Location was perfect for plans. Property is very quiet. Short walk to nearby high street. Beds were comfy however on arrival, there was no bedding. We were later provided bedding and we made the beds. Shower was nice. It had good pressure. Tea and coffee provided. Good TV, however although listing said Netflix etc is included, this is wrong. All the accounts were logged out. Place is very grubby & dirty. It needs a good clean. Bath mat was awfully grubby. Not all amenities incl as per listing.

Stayed Nov 18, 2025Accommodation was clean and comfortable.Location and access to the property was not clear leading us to contact the host .Better more detailed directions are definitely needed.Provisions in the property were sparse , no hand towels only 1 bath towel each, no tea towels in the kitchen, only 1 saucepan no frying pan.The only mirror in the whole property was in the bathroom, therefore it was difficult to use a hairdryer and we had to use our phones as mirrors instead . WiFi codes, how to use the appliances etc need to be detailed in a folder or book of some kind . The location of the property is excellent to explore Chelmsford.
