Great stay!!

We had a great time in Bluffton. Brenda was a fabulous host. The place was very clean and in a perfect location. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but hopefully we will next time. We definitely will be back!

What a delightful treat—privacy, comfy beds, super clean with new appliances, gorgeous pool, and charmingly decorated! Our hosts, Brenda & Terry, were so generous & welcoming. The location is so convenient—walk to ALLJOY donuts, Corner Perk, May River, shops, restaurants, and Farmers Mkt. Five stars for this Mermaid retreat!

We had a fantastic weekend needing a close place to attend a Moss Creek CC wedding. So happy we cancelled our hotel for this adorable carriage house in Bluffton! The space was spotless, cozy, and full of fun, eclectic charm—especially the mermaid-themed decor that gave it such a whimsical vibe. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the hosts were so kind and generous with their hospitality. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Incredible stay with the best hosts! they made every step seamless and were super generous and fun! The house was clean and gorgeous, perfect location in historic Blufffton, stunning pool. The cherry on top is that the hosts are super fun and fantastic people! Would definitely recommend!

Brenda and Terry were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed having delightful conversations with them when we weren't out visiting old friends and family in the area.Their cottage house which is the VRBO is wonderfully appointed, with very comfortable beds and plenty of seating for relaxing, both indoors and outdoors.It unfortunately rained and thunder stormed our whole trip so we didn't get to use the pool but it was definitely something we had hoped to enjoy and looked very inviting to jump in.10/10 we would stay here again when we come back if we need a VRBO.

Beautiful property. Extremely clean and exquisitely decorated. Owners were very warm and friendly and generously let us use their pool and golf cart - Brenda was ver helpful with recommendations for eating, shopping , directions, plus just an overall cheerful and upbeat person to spend time with. I would definitely return

Everything is clean, neat, and beautifully decorated! The pool area and grounds were gorgeous and fun to explore.It rained practically the entire time we were there but we still had a great time! We met the hosts, Brenda and Terry briefly and they were very nice and happy to help in any way.

Brenda is the consummate host. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Brenda was wonderful and easy to work with. The house was as described and very close to restaurants, etc. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay there and our host couldn’t have been nicer by making us feel like old friends. Invited us to their pool with our family and also let us their golf cart to get around town. Will definitely go back, comfortable beds and very clean.

We slept very well here. Very peaceful spot with lots of walking options. Love the Bluffton area, and our hostess made us love it more!

The location was walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We wish we would have had more time to explore. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Southern charm at its finest.

I could not have imagined a more wonderful place for my brother and I to stay while our mom was in hospice. This place was a true retreat. Brenda and Terry are absolutely wonderful, so nice, helpful, and made us feel welcome and fully at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and has an amazing porch. Sign of the Mermaid is charming. It's really nicer than the description. TVs in every room, comfy recliner, use of an outdoor porch. In addition the gardens and trees are spectacular, lit up at night. In a quiet location, but easy to walk to restaurants in town. Lovely hosts. We had a short stay, but hope to be back.
