An apartment with all the comforts to feel at home, in which to find the genuine charm
of the Tuscan countryside.
The accommodation (75 sqm), result of a careful renovation completed in 2018,
it consistsof a comfortable kitchen-living room with 42-inch TV-SAT; a bedroom
double - with the possibility of adding a cot-; bathroom with large shower; small laundry
equipped with washer / dryer and ironing facilities. In the basement you will discover a large one
room with softi- vation, sometimes for a relaxation area, also equipped with a 42-inch TV-SAT and a sofa bed.
Wi-Fi connection and heating / air-conditioning system are included in the price.

It enjoys a strategic position to enjoy a peaceful stay but a 15-minute walk away
from the city center and the train station with which you can easily reach Florence (15
minutes), Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Bologna.
On request, a shuttle service is available to the railway station and the airports of Florence and Pisa.
Our guests will enjoy the tranquility of the place, but also of various conveniences in the immediate
vicinity, such as:

Arriving at the center of Lastra a Signa will be able to benefit from all the services they can

It is a strategic position because you can reach the village and the train station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive at the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to the railway station and to the airports of Pisa and Florence.
