Stayed Jan 23, 2026Working with the property manager, Lincoln, was very positive. If I had a question and emailed him, I always received a same day response. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It had snowed prior to our arrival. The driveway was shoveled which was appreciated as we brought our luggage in. We arrived in the evening. The lights were on and the place was warm and comfortable. Our visit took place in January! Boy, we were so grateful to arrive to a pleasant and welcoming place.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025I really enjoyed my stay. Lionel was very helpful and communication was excellent. The property was well kept, clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms were nice and the beds provided a nice night's sleep. I will avail myself of this property when I return to Detroit. Highly recommended! 5 's!!!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Nice property in a good neighborhood. Stayed here for the weekend when we attended concerts in downtown Detroit. It was perfect to Uber downtown so we didn't have to worry about parking and traffic. Perfect for what our family needed. The place was exactly as described.

Stayed Oct 7, 2024I was at a Show in Detroit that had all the rooms booked. Little bit of a drive to get to downtown. Clean place and surprisingly spacious on the inside.
