The Park House: Luxury Studio on Square, Walk to Everything by Lucky Savannah

The location was perfect….close to Forsyth Park, good restaurants, pretty squares to stroll through and near several hop-on hop-off trolley stops to get to other parts of Savannah. Clean, nice view from third floor. No elevator so steps were a lot at the end of the day only because I have bad knees.

The place was quaint and nice but there were a few fairly off-putting things. When we arrived there was hairs on the shower curtain and on the upholstered bench cushion. It is hard to feel at home when you see that. Secondly the front door downstairs is extremely loud, so anytime somebody comes or goes it makes a very loud and disturbing bang.

We walked everywhere since we were just minutes away from great restaurants and must-dos. We absolutely loved Artillery for drinks and Gallery Espresso for morning coffee and awesome scones. We absolutely loved the location of our studio. It was very quiet and in a lovely area right outside Monterey Square. It made our Savannah stay that much more enjoyable.

This was a great place for us to stay as first time Savannah visitors. Walking distance to most places. Clean. Comfortable bed. I was worried about parking but never had a problem getting a metered spot close by.

It was noce and cleaen and very easy to book and manage. I liked no keys an the location was amazing.

Very clean, minimalistic room and beautiful scenery!

This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

Spoke to staff once and were very helpful. If they know you are staying for more than one night, they should leave more coffee, it’s only a days supply they leave and two medium size towels for two people for 3 nights, but I just dried them in the dryer.

I love this studio apartment, it is the perfect size for when it’s just me visiting. The location is my favorite thing about it, right on Montgomery Park, quiet and yet bustling at times to keep interest. The view from the three LARGE windows is fantastic, beautiful trees in the park and two different church towers!I use lucky Savannah every time I visit because they are so easy to work with and so quick to respond.

Lovely apartment - light, airy & well equipped (although could have done with more coat hangers) Bit of a challenge to get luggage up multiple flights of stairs, so anyone for whom this might be an issue needs to bear that in mind. Pleasant stroll, through several of Savannah's delightful squares, to the riverfront area. The management company Lucky Savannah were very easy to deal with - friendly, helpful & accommodating
