The Palms of Tampa - Private Courtyard

Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend.

- Instead of giving me an individual door lock entry code, the owner gave me the admin entry code for access to multiple rooms- He also gave me the wrong room number, causing me to enter the admin code in someone else's door lock, and enter someone else's room while they were in it- This is obviously dangerous - startling people in their own locked room can be health-hazardous in a stand-your-ground state like Florida - and also a violation of someone else's privacy.- Also, who knows who else has the admin key code if it was given to me.Also, - Dead cockroach on the floor in my unit- Cracked caulk around the molding- No vent fan in the bathroom- Mildew-smelling, and rather loud AC unitThis is a roadside motel at a premium price.

Excellent location for walking to Armature Works and short Uber ride to Ybor, Hyde Park and Downtown Tampa. Really enjoyed our stay. Also appreciated Taylor enabling the late check out. Overall great place

This rental was super cute inside, very clean and had everything you need for a stay. My only complaint with is the window AC unit is impossibly to change. It was 76-78 in our room and we were sweating hot the entire night. Made it hard to sleep and get comfortable. You had to connect to wifi and an app to control it so I’m not sure if the owner only had control but for 200 plus a night I should be able to control the temperature in the room. I probably won’t stay here again.

Good clean spot, comfortable space and cute outdoor patio area. Washer and dryer were available which was a nice feature!

We booked one night to have a place to stay to catch a hockey game… I hate leaving negative feedback but hopefully it helps the next person. The check in instructions read like a graphic novel, warning about a neighbor with mental problems living in what looks like a foreclosed property next door. It would have been better to have some of this in the description before we booked. When we arrived and started unloading, the person started yelling at us through the ring camera and then came outside and started yelling, even though we were legally parked. (My wife has MS so I specifically asked about parking prior to booking). The front door was so sticky we had to ram our shoulder into it to get in which is no big deal for me but very much an issue for her and anyone of small stature. The place is nice and well kept but is also very old, and the floors are extremely uneven… again not the end of the world for me but not so great for her, she stumbled multiple times. The courtyard was cool although we didn’t really spend time out there. A few minutes after the neighbor issue we asked for a refund and would just go to a hotel, which they denied (in a kind way at least).

Very nice little apartment that was extremely clean.

The apartment is so cute! Very clean. Everything you might need. We only stayed one night for a hockey game. It's only a few blocks from the Riverwalk, which we did down to the arena, (about 2 miles). Host was good with communication. We will stay again when going to Tampa.

Location was just far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough to be easy to get to restaurants and concert venues. The outdoor spaces were great!

The property is very beautiful and clean. There were 2 of us and had plenty of space. The kitchen area was very functional and I was able to cook as if I were at home. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive when I had questions.

Very clean, great private courtyard, ample parking, and an easy walk from Armature Works and the Riverwalk.

Clean, quiet, close to everything! Watch out for mosquitoes on the back porch.

Close to downtown town and restaurants. Quite neighborhood. Quaint hideaway with easy access.
