The Space:

The Palms at Navarre — Where Every Day Feels Like a Vacation Should

Canal-front · Pet-Friendly · Beach Service Included · Navarre Beach, FL

Welcome to Your Own Slice of the Gulf Coast

Some vacations you plan. Then there are the ones you remember forever.

At The Palms, mornings begin with golden light pouring through sun-drenched windows while the canal shimmers just beyond your balcony. You'll sip your coffee watching the water, already deciding: do we paddle the kayaks today, or head straight to the beach Either way, you can't lose.

This spacious, beautifully appointed retreat was designed with one purpose in mind — to make your group feel completely at home, completely at ease, and completely unwilling to leave.

A Home That Lives as Beautifully as It Looks

Step inside and you're immediately greeted by soaring natural light and interiors that balance coastal charm with genuine comfort. There's room for everyone to spread out, come together, and make memories that last long after the tan fades.

Main Level

The heart of the home is a generous, open living space flowing seamlessly into a modern, fully appointed kitchen — perfect for everything from lazy breakfasts to festive seafood nights in. A queen bedroom with private bath offers a peaceful retreat on the main floor, alongside a convenient half bath and utility room.

Upper Level

Three additional bedrooms give everyone their own space: two queen bedrooms (one en suite) and a room with two twins, with the latter two sharing a well-appointed Jack & Jill bath.

The Master Suite — Your Private Sanctuary

A king bed, walk-in shower, and the crown jewel of the home: a grand freestanding soaking tub that practically begs you to pour a glass of wine, light a candle, and forget about everything else. You've earned it.

The Garage: Your Vacation Headquarters

Not your average storage space. The garage doubles as an entertainment hub loaded with everything your group needs:

🏓 Ping pong table

📺 Wall-mounted TV

🧊 Beverage cooler (keep those cold ones cold)

🚣 Two kayaks ready for canal adventures

On the Water — Boaters, This One's for You

Pull up literally to the back door. Launch your boat from the public ramp at the foot of the Navarre Beach Bridge (behind Tom Thumb), cruise the Sound, and dock right at your private boat dock behind the home. It doesn't get more seamless than that.

Complimentary Beach Service — Yes, Really

From March 1st through October 31st, two beach chairs and an umbrella are set up for you — complimentary. Show up, claim your spot, and let the Gulf do the rest.

You're minutes from some of the best the Emerald Coast has to offer:

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. It was in a good location where we walked to the beach every day. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, loved the decor. Appreciated all the linens. The canal was in the backyard, view of the bay and ocean all from the back decks. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house! And the proximity to the beach was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just one observation that could probably use attention was the loose toilet seat in the master bath. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

I texted the number already to let you know about moisture/mold issues in all upstairs bath ceilings. Check-in was pretty terrible actually. Not only did I message days before knowing no one had occupied the home the night before out arrival, but very kindly requested if there was any way we could check in just a little early if it was ready. 4pm was the response. Your automated portal c/I system is very impersonal. Our grocery delivery arrived at 3:15pm and we still were not able to get in even though no one was at the house. I had to call (again) to see if we could check in and 4pm was the response-finally got a code at 3:48. PM obviously had not updated portal allowing us an early c/I code. House was nice, clean, and layout was what we needed, but overall would not stay here again bc of c/I process and mold. No oven mitts, coffee filters, only 2 dish towels.

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Layout was perfect for 4 adult couples-friend trip. Kitchen amenities were lacking for the size such as no oven mitts, only 2 dish towels, and not enough dishes/utinsils for the expected number of ppl. so we were washing dishes constantly. Also no basics like coffee filters were provided so we had to run to store early in AM just to go buy those which seemed a chintzy. Kayaks, outdoor shower were nice to have and beds were comfy. House was a little too far to walk to beach so we drove and parked at public access.

House is great for a long weekend at the beach, especially if you are looking for somewhere yo bring your boat. The house is nice and clean and has most things you would need for your stay. If you plan to cook meals at the house, just know this kitchen only has the basics. Lastly, if you are a boat owner the dock is great…. But be warned there are no cleats to tie too!!!

This was a perfect place for our extended family vacation. My dad and brother loved fishing off the dock in the morning and evenings. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of sitting space for the 9 of us. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The younger people enjoyed the ping pong table and it was nice to have the beverage fridge downstairs as well. Only recommendation is to mark the steps at the landings from the foyer and on the front porch. Several in our group would miss the last step going down or trip going up.

We loved our Stay. The house was extremely clean. Stocked kitchen. Grill included. Lots of porch space. My son loved the dock for fishing. It does have a lot of steps though. It was fine for us, but my mother in law had a hard time getting around with the elevator not being available. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better, smoother experience.

The property was amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was walkable but we advise to rent a golf cart for your stay as there’s a place right off 98 near the property. Navarre beach ordinance allows golf carts so take advantage of that! We had a great time.

House was a great layout and fun walkable location. Kitchen utensils, dishwater, cooking dishes etc were all well stocked. There were very limited dish soap/laundry detergent/ shampoo etc. Adequate supply for a weekend stay however we were there 5 nights and had to purchase everything from soap to trash bags. Area felt safe and very relaxed. No beach chairs, beach towels nor other toys/supplies. We did not use the kayaks but there were 2! Please use public beach access not the path over the dunes.

We enjoyed our stay at the palms with our multigenerational family. The home was nicely decorated, very clean and well laid out. Only complaint was that the kitchen probably needs to be stocked a little more with things like oven mitts and dish cloths.

We had a great time with family at the beach. The house was perfect for the 10 of us. There were six adults and four grandkids (2 girls and 2 boys) so the bedroom and bathroom arrangements were great. The only issue we had was confusion with the lighting. There are so many lights and light switches, we had trouble determining which switches controlled which lights. One vacation rental we stayed in recently had labels on each switch. That made it very convenient for us old folks! All in all, we had a great visit and would recommend this property if you have a large group.

We enjoying our stay, but we wish the elevator would have been usable. We had a handicapped guest in our party who had to stay at a nearby hotel because we couldn't find a property with an elevator. It was still a 5 star property and we would stay here again.

The house is very nice it needs window treatments on the main level and a map to how to turn on lights. There are lots of lights and even more switches. The can lights need dimmers we didn’t use the overhead lights in the bedrooms. There were five lights out in the master bathroom, and the picket door was off the track. After leaving two messages for the property manager I called and talked to a person. The handyman was out the very next morning on time and fixed what he could. He was awesome. Now for the GREAT we really enjoyed the property there were games to play plenty of seating. Our grouper was 50+ year old husbands and wive. Having our own bathrooms was wonderful. The appliances were nice plenty of dishes we could have used a few more utensils. They are still building the house next door the crew worked from 7am to 5pm and we’re pretty quiet for drywall we. We would a stay there again

Overall we had a good experience, but could use some improvement. The downstairs windows need some kind of privacy shades/curtains. The walls were kind of trashed with marks all over them. Some of the towel racks in the bathrooms were barely hanging on. The master toilet room door was broken and couldn't close it. You can walk to the beach, but I recommend driving if you have a lot of gear to take. We did enjoy using the ping pong table a lot.

House is very clean, roomy and with comfortable beds. Close enough to walk to beach…less than half a mile. Check in and out is very easy. Would be nice if provide more trash bags, dish soap, shower soap, detergent and toilet paper. Plenty of clean towels. We enjoyed our stay from Sunday to Thursday. Bring bottle opener if drink wine.
