The home was perfect for us. Kids thought the loft was great.

Clean property, everything was labeled and well stocked. We enjoyed the amenities and the host was very easy to work with!

Everything was just as advertised. Had no issues with any part of our stay. Extra clean home, great host and care-free stay! Would stay there again without a doubt!

The house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, very modern, clean and absolutely adorable. The Tiny House community was such a welcoming environment, everyone I met was so friendly. We used the pickle ball courts but we only had 2 paddles provided in the house. The owner Darren was onsite and found 2 more for me to use. The grounds were lovely and the pool was clean and refreshing. We used the kayaks one day, all the equipment is there, in great shape and free to use. The queen bed was very comfortable but the twin beds in the loft are thin. It was fine for the kids but I think adults would find it hard to sleep up there. Check in and out was very easy and Darren was very responsive anytime I messaged him.The house comes with everything you need except things like shampoo and soap, and it didnt have a toaster. But other than that, it was absolutely perfect and I would 100% stay there again!

Enjoyed our night at the tiny house. Took advantage of the kayaks, paddle board, fishing and pickle ball! House was well appointed and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The tiny home community is charming, well-maintained, and filled with friendly people. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the property manager was excellent—quick to respond and very helpful. We accidentally left something behind, and he was more than willing to coordinate getting it back to us, which we really appreciated. The pool was clean, conveniently located, and a great bonus. The only minor note for families with young children is that the stairs are a bit steep, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

I always try staying at this resort when traveling to the area for work. This was my favorite tiny home I've stayed in. Nice view, very clean, and always felt safe. Will definitely try and book for next time.

I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend my birthday weekend. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Our host was great as well making sure all of our questions was answered timely and making sure we had everything we needed.

Honestly, it didn't feel 'tiny' as I was expecting. The two of us had more than sufficient space for our long weekend. The place couldn't have been cleaner. Nice little extras were provided - coffee pods, paper towels, dish detergent, sufficient towels/wash cloths - and a washing machine/dryer is available as well as detergent! The fireplace was not only nice for the ambiance but it also gave out nice heat! Blankets were available for lounging while watching the large tv in the main area! While the loft area is really for small children, I enjoyed climbing up there and watching the living area tv from up there...I love that there were steps rather than a ladder! The tiered houses allowed a direct view of the lake and we loved sitting on the porch while having afternoon coffee. Although we couldn't fit it in our schedule, our great host invited us out on his pontoon boat. We were able to meet him and we appreciated the great conversation and insight into the community and area! This will definitely be our go-to place if we come back to this area!

My experience at The Overlook was like a home away from home. It is in a peaceful location surrounded by great eateries and quiet neighbors. I was worried that the bed would be uncomfortable, but it was just the opposite—extremely comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend.
