Building management strictly prohibits guests from hosting parties or gatherings in the clubhouse. This space is reserved exclusively for LTV residents. Any unauthorized use will result in a $1,000 fine charged to the responsible guest.

• In-unit washer & dryer available for guest use

• Starter detergent and essential cleaning supplies provided

• Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges





Pet Policy

We’re a pet-friendly community. Please note the following:

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Stays 7-15 days: $150 flat rate pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $300 pet fee; per month; per stay
