This place is great, quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will for sure be back!

More than what we expected, brand new, hosts were great very quite and comfortable .

This property was new in a new and upcoming subdivision. It was on a very quiet street. It is so new that googke maps could not recognize the exact location

The property was great. The extras, like outdoor patio, bbq, etc were excellent. The location was perfect for our day trips!

We were greated graciously and from that moment on our stay was amazing. This property is everything that is advertised and more. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and is accessible to shopping/dining. Also close to many walking and bike trails. Thank you Marc and Sandy.

Everything was perfect. Host had thought of everything. Was so nice to not have to run to the store for things like dish and laundry detergent. In a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees.

Superb location in quality quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room with all the amenities you could wish for. Walking distance to grocery store and a decent restaurant at nearby Golf Course (Table 19) Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This is a bright clean space on a street of modern homes built into the natural landscape. Well equipped kitchen and it was great to have the use of a washer and dryer. Good location, easy communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit is clean and well maintained. The hosts are very responsive and answer questions promptly. We had no trouble finding the location with the directions supplied. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The unit was centrally located and fit our needs perfectly. The reason I gave it a good and not excellent was because there was construction noise but that is not the owners fault.

The accommodation was perfect for my family. It is close to Olympic View Golf Course which has an excellent restaurant. As well 2 walking trails, and Beachland are nearby including a beautiful new children’s playground and a shopping centre.

Me and my family were able to access a beautiful walking path and neighbourhood for morning walks, the market being only a 5-minute walk away. Everything was clean and the hosts were super lovely to bump into. Highly recommend this comfortable suite for small groups/couples.

We were there for a hockey camp at the Q-Centre. Location was perfect!

New, clean, quiet; everything we needed

This was a wonderful apartment just a short drive into town, easy peasy! Excellent deal considering cost to stay in Victoria & we enjoyed the nearby walks too! Lovely hosts, very welcoming & helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to Olympic View Golf course. We were attending a wedding at this venue. It is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the condo. Everything about the condo is lovely and clean. We’d definitely come again!

The property is spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient. Hosts were congenial and responsive. We did not have any complaints

Our VRBO was new, very clean and quiet, in a neighborhood so new that GPS didn't know the streets yet. It's a quiet area with a grocery store fairly close and a golf course just up the road. Hosts were welcoming and friendly!

Marc and Sandy have a beautiful setup and were fantastic hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at their place and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and new, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would reserve this unit again if needed in the future.

My husband and I stayed at The Medalist during a recent 4-day trip to Victoria. Everything was just as it appeared in the pics: the apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have wished for. The only drawback was the distance between the apartment and downtown Victoria. We wanted to be able to get away from the noise (and parking hassle) of the city, as well as save a bit on hotel prices. All of this we accomplished, but there were two days when traffic made getting back to the apartment too time-consuming. With good traffic it's about 30 minutes from The Medalist to dt Victoria; on days in the afternoon the drive is an hour or more. This is not a bad reflection on the owners of the property at all - we were delighted with our stay and were glad to have had the experience we did. But do take the distance into consideration if you're wanting something with a quick-in/quick-out drive.
