Stayed Sep 5, 2025Curb appeal isn’t the best but they did a good job doing over the apartment. Definitely need to redo bathroom. Shower is ridiculously hard to use and cramped. They need to blowout the wall and take the closet next door in bedroom. If anyone was a bigger sized person they couldn’t get thru slider glass shower doors, they don’t open fully. Also water needs to be warmer. It’s only luke warm. Great location for North Buffalo.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025House is falling apart, cobwebs everywhere, cabinets are broken, kitchen is actually pretty nice, locks barely work, 4 keys are required to enter the property. Door handle broke and was unable to enter at 1am had to fix myself. They forced you to pay for insurance and after the trip claim you “destroyed” items so they can make a claim.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. No snow removal, driveway, sidewalk, doorway a mess with ice and snow. House needs competent cleaning service, stove, refridgerator, micro wave oven, oven, kitchen sink, all dirty; had to clean myself, all cleaner bottles were empty in cabinets; glass dining room table had handprints underside of table, smeared half ass cleaning on top surface and chrome framing on dining chairs ugly with unsightly fingerprints and dirt.Shower poorly structured, disgusting, used soap left in shower on floor, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles on shower floor dirty from usage. Shower smells of moisture, warped wood within shower and outer shower yes wood!!, bathroom sink had hair, toilet seat dirty so congested difficult to sit on toilet, no leg space between shower and toilet. Owner aloof, put a spin on inconvience, told me I was first to bring this to his attention. After experience looked at other reviews, at other sites reputation proceeds, wasn't concerned with property disarray ; he was at the airport, with a little care this could be a 5 star stay. Not centrally located, across street from school, noise, buses

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Overall, this listing was not as described. The property is in an old home that has potential, but unfortunately it is not yet ready to be rented out. The owner provided keys to the front and side doors to the home, and initially we chose to go in the side door - this was a mistake. As soon as we entered, there was a clear smell of gas, which seemed to be coming from the basement door, and pieces of drywall/plaster were missing. There were no working lights that we could find, and as we did not feel safe continuing up (it was 10:30pm, and very dark outside), we went to the front entrance. We followed the instructions provided by the owner to turn on the lights for the front stairs, but could not get them to turn on. Inside the unit, it seemed like effort had been made to make the living and dining areas look inviting. However, there was still a smell of gas present. One of the windows had been left open, and we wondered if this was to diffuse the odor. The bathroom was dirty, with garbage on the floor and almost no toilet paper provided (including in the cabinet). The shower was visibly unclean and seemed dated/in need of some repair. Although the bedrooms did appear to have clean linen, they also seemed in need of some TLC (for example, bare/unfinished light fixtures and water spots in the ceiling). In fairness, we should have called the maintenance number provided as soon as we arrived, but as it was late and we had been traveling all day we opted to stay in a h
