The queen bed promises a restful night's sleep, and the cozy living area is perfect for kicking back after a day of exploration. ~Guest access~
Driveway parking is available for one car on the far right side. Please note your parking area is painted red! Street parking is also available. You'll have a private entrance on the right (south) side of the house. From the large rock stairs on the right side of the driveway, you’ll follow the paver path to your entrance and private backyard. You'll have access to the one bedroom unit which has a kitchenette, dining/living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

~Other things to note~
We live upstairs above the Lower Luxe with our little pup, so you may hear us from time to time. We're super friendly, easy going, and want to respect the privacy of your stay. But we’re available if you have any questions or need anything. With the nature of a basement unit, you will hear footsteps & some noise as we're doing life upstairs. We'll do our best to honor the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am, as well as generally avoiding loud talking, music, or other noises and ask that you do the same :)

Since there isn’t temperature control with a basement unit, we’ve provided a heater and fans and are willing to adjust temperature as reasonably requested. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
