Muskegon, Michigan
There is nothing quite like a cozy log cabin with a fireplace. Enter through the
delightful solid hickory wood front door. Once inside you will find that wood
abounds. Tongue and groove pine covers all the walls and ceiling. Let your eyes
travel up to the pine ceiling and spot the faux deer antler chandelier. The old
hunter’s red and black buffalo plaid from the 1850s gives the cabin a pop of color
and a vintage feel. With the many wood features and antler touches, it’s reminiscent of
a get-away in the woods. The rustic stair handrail and loft railing feature ironwood
tree branches custom-made by our team. Look closely to see if you can spy the
old scars on one of the rails which was a buck rub. The kitchenette has warm
hickory cabinets with a butcher block countertop and a cute red retro mini frig to
prepare a light meal during your stay. As with many of the tiny houses at Tiny
Digs Lakeshore, the bathroom door is custom-made, featuring tongue and groove pine
wood. It resembles the old outhouse door with a copper moon accent. Check out
the door handle to see if you can guess what it was in its former life. It’s an
outdoors person’s dream get-away tiny house choice. It sleeps up to four people,
with a queen bed loft like the days of old in prairie cabins, and a futon double sofa
sleeper. As you’re dozing off to sleep catch a chapter or two in “Little House on
the Prairie” or browse the “Cabin Porn” book which features photos of other
cabins from around the world.
Why choose a log cabin tiny house for your vacation

tiny house is a great option. You can enjoy the rustic charm and beauty of a log

sunsets on Lake Michigan.

The cutest little community of tiny houses ever. Will be coming back to stay at the log cabin
Concept is excellent- the Log Cabin, alongside I think 7 other themed tiny houses, was very nice and authentic. We were using this as an overnight before catching the 10.15 Lakes Express ferry back to Milwaukee- we think you could market that more since the terminal is 5 mins from the house - Much better than any similarly priced hotel chain. The area is undergoing some redevelopment and has excellent store (Ghezzi’s), wood fired pizza and coffee and donuts all within a stone’s throw - what more do you need!!
Cute, cozy, clean.
This tiny home was so cute, comfortable and impeccably clean!
Absolutely adorable themed tiny homes. If you remember it is actually a tiny home (and not a hotel), you will be pleased with this fun experience. Comfy linens, mattress, futon and pillows, amazing interior decorator, and fun exploring to find the 'tiny home' touches! Wonderful experience with the host and their rapid responses. I can go on and on (which I did on facebook!) Highly Recommend!
