This guest suite has its own entrance, its own bathroom, all important appliances (TV, Mini-Fridge, Microwave) While the neighborhood is very quiet, only a few blocks down the road it's nothing but bustling malls, theme parks and stores. It's 10 minutes away from Universal Studios and Millennia Mall, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Seaworld and the Convention Center, 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando. Very centric and close to International Drive, the Turnpike and Interstate 4.

Stayed Feb 29, 2024very nice ans comfortable guest house for two. the area is a bit sketchy however we didnt face any issues and the inside was exactly what we expected.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024My wife and I have stayed in three VRBOs in the past six weeks and each one has been charming and nice. The bed in this rental is the game changer, in my opinion, because it’s so comfortable and you don’t disturb your partner when you’re getting in and out of it. It’s great that there are multiple ways to leave the neighborhood in search of restaurants, entertainment centers and retail stores. I would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023Overall was very clean and served its purpose for what we were looking for. Only needing a bed/bath as we were at theme parks for the bulk of the day. Location was under 10 mins to get to universal which was also very helpful. Would stay again

Stayed Apr 13, 2023It is a amazing place, really nice area with a Brazilian neighborhood just 5min away! Nice neighborhood and near to everything in Orlando. Everything clean and prepared for the guest! I even needed a pair of scissors and there it was!

Stayed Feb 11, 2023Owner - very pleasant & easy to converse. A+++ Location - perfect for us. Quiet, just outside of chaos, & easy access. A++ Venue - tiny studio, perfect for one or 2 people only. Nothing fancy about the accommodation. It has everything we needed for our stay. A+ Thank you for everything once again, Manual. ?

Stayed Apr 1, 2022The location was perfect, the room was exactly what I expected it to be and the neighborhood was quiet. To keep a long story short, I felt there was a lack of communication on the part of the renter and got the feeling that my updates were probably unwanted since almost all were not responded to. That being said, when I called the call was answered almost immediately and I received the door code seconds after hanging up. So it was a bit of a mixed bag with communication. Apart from that great stay.
