Beautiful house located in a historic building of the early twentieth century in the center of Granada, between the Cathedral and the Plaza de la Universidad (Faculty of Law). The main monuments, squares and restaurants can be visited by taking a short walk from the apartment. Due to its location next to Gran Vía, it is well connected to the airport, bus station, Sierra Nevada and the coast. And the best thing is that it is a very bright house that will make your stay very pleasant.>It is a floor that we have just fixed and provide new furniture, appliances and furniture.
The block has a lift and very comfortable stairs.
Two of the bedrooms have beds of 150cm x 200cm, the third bedroom has two beds of 90cm x 190cm and, in addition, the living room has a large and comfortable sofa bed of 144cm x 199cm.

    We stayed here for one whole month during December. Plenty of good and average-priced restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. We especially enjoyed d'Sano for our breakfasts and the Mercado San Augustin with its many food stalls. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay and the owner Bodi will make sure you feel home.
