Stayed Apr 3, 2026This place is in a great location. We loved ease to meeting up on broad and also exploring the gulch.The first annoyance was the hidden parking fee I did not originally find on the listing which is 30 to park in case you miss it. I was then sent a stripe link to pay. When asked to pay on the app they didnt know what I was talking about so I had to contact VRBO to make sure it wasn’t a scam. He also couldn’t find the parking charge and told me not to pay outside of VRBO. The VRBO agent sent me a link to pay through VRBO and we were set to go.Check in process was fine. You do have to find the lock box on a row of stairs to get your key fob. They won’t send the instructions early.The place was nice however not the cleanest. The shower had dirt slee had to clean out. The bedding had stains. The rug and couch were also badly

Stayed Mar 11, 2026I arrived at the condo 20 minutes AFTER check-in time and I had not received yet received check-in instructions. Host responded to a text message I sent and gave me instructions, which were a pain in the backside trying to find a fob in a lockbox located in a fire stairwell mixed in with 100 other lockboxes. Not fun.
