Have a rental car or a taxi ready at night just to be safe

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interior of the property was clean and well kept up with. The exterior the same. The location of the property provide vistors to experience both the tourist experience and the native experience. The property is located walking distance to one of the local beaches and for those that don’t mind walking. The only negative is the location of the property is near a main road and when certain vehicles pass the water drain it makes a sounds like knocks on the door. The recommended car service was superior service. Miss. Williams was resourceful throughout my family trip. But I would recommend and return to this location especially if it’s for a quick trip.

WHAT A JOY!! Host is such a pleasure. Very accommodating to travel and local knowledge. The house is clean and spacious with all the amenities you could desire. Went for girl’s trip and couldn’t have picked a better place. This was our first time to the Bahamas and the trip did not disappoint. The walk to the local grocery, Fish Fry, beach and even downtown was short and we felt safe the whole time. To our delight, we got the FULL Bahamian experience and flavor. Will definitely seek to return.

The location of this property was great. It was walking distance to the fish fry and the bus stop was just down the road. It is located on a busy street, but inside you could hardly hear any noise. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a 5-night stay in Nassau! The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Thanks!

5 to 10 minute walk downhill to Fish Fry, Cricket Club and ocean. Another 10 minute to downtown, pirates museum and the straw market. We had a great food, everyone was very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Well stocked, clean, walking distance from beach! The house is ready to go and was a delight to stay in.

The home was absolutely beautiful and cozy. My exact style just like home. My friends thinks that I'm crazy because the master bed, sheets, pillows, and blanket were SO comfortable. I literally wish that I spent a Lil bit more time in bed, but I was on vacation. It was awesome how Ms. Sharon had the informational Booklet. We had to resort to that many times for food, fun, and reliable transportation. We used the fridge and microwave, didn't use the stove. Overall very awesome experience. WAAAYYYYY cheaper than the hotel option, and we were less than 20min walking and less than 5min drive from the beach and bigger hotels where the rest of our party were. Thank you SO much. Can't wait to visit again.

Property is just as advertised. Great place to be close to the beach but out of the crowds.

What a perfect property! It searved it's purpose! Sharon recommend taxis drivers and they were surper helpful and kind! We walked most of the area with our teens! The beach and Fish Fry were a 15 min walk! Into town 25-30 min! Sharon was so nice and always responded quicky to my texts. You are definitely in the heart of Nassau where the house is located. The Bahamian's are super friendly. We were able to have a late check out the day we left. Our flight didn't leave until 6pm that night, so we were able to stay past the check out time. We enjoyed the stay and will be back again! Thank you Sharon ❤️

Our trips to Nassau are filled with fun and family. We chose to stay at this property due to its close proximity to downtown. Our host was always attentive. The place was super clean. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!!

The house was as described and good for our party of 4. Property manager was responsive and friendly, although we didn’t meet in person. No outside area to really just sit outside, but it was hot so we wouldn’t have. Location: if you aren’t comfortable being outside of the tourist section or a gated community, this isn’t for you. We had no issues while there, but you must be comfortable in an area not necessarily populated by tourists. Close to Junkanoo beach, but we didn’t feel comfortable to walk the +/- 5 blocks.

Good location to the Fish Fry, Junkanoo Beach and Bay Street. Walking distance but, good to have a car. Was comfortably furnished. Sharon and Jonathan were both readily available and helpful.
