The bright living areas with a modular King Furniture lounge and flat screen TV, DVD and CD player have 180-degree views through wrap around picture windows. There's an access track to the rocks in front of the unit for the fisherman or snorkeler and an easy one-minute stroll to the swimming beach for the surfers. Buster the old wreck is a fifteen-minute walk along the wide sandy beach and the new Headland Walk is two hundred metres away.

A new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an extra bar fridge has views of the sea from the kitchen sink. With the separate dining room, a glass table and a smaller casual breakfast table; this unit is an entertainer's delight. It sleeps up to 6 - the main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two singles. An open den area sleeps extra with single trundle beds. There are two bathrooms (main with bath) and a large ensuite. There's a fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine and drier. Off street parking is available in lock-up garage. A large fixed gas BBQ is provided with gas bottle kept in laundry.

If you are travelling with lots of friends please note we manage multiple holiday houses on Pollack Esplanade. Why not bring everyone and stay together!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful unit, the location is exceptional, short walks to all the clubs and small township. The unit is fitted out very well and with the new TV it is now very comfortable. The only issue would be the single beds in the 2nd bedroom will need updating very soon. We will be back.

A good family beach within walking distance away, a lovely town community and friendly warm feel about the local people. Good well stocked supermarket with delicious fresh produce. We are made to feel very welcome each time we come. A favourite spot to stay always. Staff at Cardow are always accommodating and efficient.Thank you..

    We enjoyed the convenience, ambience of our home on holidays. Together with delicious all home made foods and coffee shop we discovered. Plus the friendly welcoming people, best fish and chip shop, great walk/cycling paths, swimming/paddling spots, surrounded by lovely views in balmy weather! All you need to do is relax in Woolgoolga!
