The Hayloft - on a farm near Norwich City & the Norfolk Broads

Back for a 2nd time to stay at the Wonderful Spixworth Hall Cottages. The perfect location for a get-a-way and see Norfolk. We will be back.

We stayed for a week as a family of four. Located north of Norwich, Spixworth Hall is set in quiet countryside as well being close to Norwich. The Hayloft was very spacious for four and well equipped. Some appliances were slightly worn but totally functional. Great games barn for the children with spacious parking. Value for money will definitely be hard to beat. Easy recommendation for families with children! With two P&R nearby, Norwich is easy to reach and North Norfolk and the Broads are close at hand for day trips. Many attractions within 30min by car.

Amazing, such a great cottage for our whole bridal party to get ready on the morning of our wedding. 6 guests also stayed here and absolutely loved it, thank you.

All of our family stayed in the Spixworth Cottages for our wedding which we had in the barns. My family who stayed in the Hayloft said it was very clean and tidy, set out well with everything you needed. A nice touch was added on arrival with all condiments for our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here again

We enjoyed the stay. Good weather and plenty to do on the farm as well as the general area. Beaches at Mundsley and Sea Palling very clean, lifeguards and dog free area.

We love Spixworth! Perfect for our family get togethers. Well equipped cottages. Great hosts - thanks for having us!

Our stay was amazing! The location and all the facilities are great and a lot of fun. We made sure to use all of them including the tennis court, the pool and the games rooms. The hosts are super friendly and helpful with any need we had at any time. Thanks for the great weekend!! :)

Beautiful cottages and something for all age groups to do on site. Hired 4 cottages for my partners 50th so all 26 members of the family could share his special day. Staff were lovely and helped with any needs we had. Would definitely recommend

Stayed at spixworth cottages for a family wedding so I can't comment on the surrounding areas but I would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family & friends. The cottages are lovely & well equipped & different sizes available to suit different size groups. There is lovely walks around the farm, children's play area & also a heated pool, which is a real bonus & the kids loved. It's all self catering but a pub & shops in walking distance.

The property in its total is vast making it ideal for famalies and groups. There are lots of facilities including 2 barns with games galore, childrens playground; a beautifully set, outdoor, heated swimming pool, ponds, fishing, walks and the horses that are stabled there all making for an interesting stay. The apartment itself was very spacious with very well equipped kitchen; not just 6 of everything by any means. Beds large and comfortable and lovely clean bathrooms. Set in tranquil surroundings with a bery helpful and friendly host. We would definitely recommend and visit again. all

The Hayloft has spacious accommodation and we all had a good time. The kids love using the pool, swings and games areas, so they were kept busy. It was very hot during our stay and the owners brought extra fans to help keep the rooms cool at night.

What an amazing gem tucked away not far from Norwich. we spent a week here enjoying the beautiful setting and amenities the cottages have everything you could want/need and the huge lounge and eating area is a fantastic entertaining space for families and friends. couldn't ask for better hosts either Jack and sheelah were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. will be coming back again 0222
