Stayed Jul 18, 2025A perfect home-away-from-home in New Haven! Fully stocked with kitchen, bed and bath supplies, this was a well-appointed and comfortable apartment for a family trip that included work and sightseeing. Close to Yale/downtown New Haven as well as suburban sights and even a trip to the beach. Our hosts were helpful, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We had a wonderful time staying at the Haven. An old house, beautifully redone with modern theme, was a perfect place for us to relax. We liked sitting on the front porch, and it was great to have off-street parking. This house was quiet and safe. It was just perfect for us.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Spacious yet cozy, freshly remodeled and very clean, great shower, washer and dryer and all the comforts of home and a kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make meals for staying in. Tons of great restaurants within a mile if you feel like going out.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023This place was so well kept, cozy, and close to parts of Yale campus. We walked to campus and took the shuttle to the medical campus without too many issues. I wish it was closer to the medical campus so we could stay there next time we come!

Stayed Aug 14, 2021What a beautiful home. The kitchen is well equipped even provided cooking essentials. Walking distance to Yale and the core of New Haven. Driving distance to beautiful trails, grocery stores, and of course wine. Collin and Shelley were incredibly helpful and the goodie basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend Prospect Hill!!*****

Stayed Jul 25, 2021We had a great 2 week stay. Beautifully furnished apartment. Large kitchen great for cooking. New appliances, everything worked perfectly. Very clean and comfortable furniture and beds. Central location for exploring New Haven. Colin and Shelley were great hosts, extremely responsive and understanding. Would definitely recommend.
