Stayed Dec 23, 2025The space was spotless, cozy and comfortable. I hosted Christmas dinner there, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also liked the game room, and appreciated the fireplace. The host was prompt on returning messages.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The home was clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfy (and we have a nice bed at home, so to say that means a lot!) and the linens were very soft and a perfect weight. We were able to bring our dog for the fenced in back yard which was wonderful. Kat was very responsive for a hiccup with the neighbors in the other part of the duplex. It was resolved right away. She was a great host. Would definitely return.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025This is such a a nice place with lots of space. An older home that has been updated with newer amenities, allows this house to maintain the charm of yesteryear while providing guests with the comforts of today. The game room is awesome, and my family and I really enjoyed it - so much so that we considered staying an extra week. We ultimately decided to stick with our original schedule but decided to look for this cottage first for our next visit to Omaha. The owner is amazing, super responsive, and very helpful. Will definitely be back!
