Stayed Jul 30, 2025Very quaint and private unit. Clean and spacious! Great neighborhood 10 minutes to downtown & boardwalk. Garden was under repair and the hot tub was out of service. But the host is willing to work with us. Great guy!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025It was a good basement rental for 2 adults and a dog. The inside was clean and adequate for our stay. The outside needs work, the backyard was overgrown and not useable for sitting out. Wouldn’t take a lot to bring the backyard up to a decent standard. Would have liked to have sat outside to eat but curry unable to use the outdoor space in condition it’s in. The inside space was much nice than outside space and unfortunate as when u arrive your fist impression of the house and property is not great.We hadn’t realized that was a basement unit as photos show a whole house, but happy to say that we couldn’t hear the people uostsirs.
