The Halftime Landing at Stadium Place

Everything was very good , very nice is a really comfy place to stay!

We stayed at The Halftime Landing at Stadium Place for 4 nights while in town visiting family. The location was convenient, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the price was very reasonable. Jordan was responsive and provided all pertinent information in a timely manner. We were even graciously able to check in a little early. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances.We had a few issues, but they were fairly minor. There weren’t a lot of power outlets in the bedrooms, and the ones that were there were in inconvenient locations. We also wished we could have used the washer/dryer combo, but since Jordan told us it didn’t dry well and there was no laundry detergent, we opted to wash laundry at a family member’s house. We couldn’t find any additional trash bags, but as we didn’t cook and eat at the unit much, we only used the one bag. However, that could certainly be an issue for other large groups, especially for a 4-night stay. The showers also drained slowly. However, as these issues weren’t major, they would not prevent us from staying here again. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at this property, and would recommend it for families, couples, or any other groups. It would be an excellent choice for a group attending any K-State sporting events as it is within walking distance of the various athletic facilities. We will certainly consider it if we are in need of lodging in Manhattan in the future.

Jordan was awesome and very responsive. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the entire stay.

We had the best stay in Manhattan! The place was perfect and very clean. The host answered all my questions and responded quickly. It was quiet and in a great location! We will definitely stay again! There was plenty of space for everyone.

Everything was great with the property, very easy to communicate with the owner. A small problem with the WiFi that was easy to contact her, fast reply’s and a 10 min fix! Other than that great!

Perfect place for us moms to stay together for mom’s weekend.

We chose this location from the suggestion of our bride-to-be and she was absolutely correct! Great location in town and so easy to access. The communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. The unit is amazing for larger groups & having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver for getting ready for the wedding! Highly recommend this location!!!

Spent a couple of days at KSU track meet with friends. The property was perfect for is with 4 bedrooms and about 3 blocks to the indoor track. The condo provided all the necessary items. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. Great property; great stay. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed this unit. It was a great size, very comfortable, well-stocked, and clean. We had a small issue and the owner addressed it right away. We enjoyed the location - you can see the stadium right out the front window. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great weekend stay to watch K-State football. Property was clean and in great shape. I don't think there is a closer location to the stadium. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed over the weekend for a wedding and this property was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and updated, the pictures really don’t do it justice for the size of the rooms/ bathrooms. This is also in a great location, right across the street from the college and hospital. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect location for game day or a stay near the campus, quiet, clean, and comfortable! All the amenities needed for a weekend outing and an extended stay, the property is newly updated with space for everyone. I Highly recommend it for your next stay in the Little Apple.
