Lovely place in the center of downtown Burlington, near the University. Very quaint and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and lake. Would stay here again next time I am in Burlington. Mary Anne was very nice and responsive.

The accommodations were wonderful, more than expected. Enjoyed the garden. Would like to have stayed longer. Beautiful neighborhood and Maryanne's dinner recommendation was spot on. The best dining on our trip!

The gas fireplace and heated bathroom floor were key when we had an unexpected snowstorm while visiting Burlington. The Garden Studio is well located and in a quiet, walkable residential area. The large windows let in a lot of sunlight and the bed was very comfortable. The studio was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, granola, milk, and orange juice. A wonderful stay!

Communication with the host was easy and seamless, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The nice space felt cozy, private, and beautifully tucked into a peaceful garden (even though it was winter) setting while still being close to everything.

The studio was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts think of everything you need including a complimentary bottle of wine. We stayed during the winter and loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Close to church street a great location. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This cottage studio was a gem - maybe the best kept secret in Burlington! So close to UVM campus and within walking distance to downtown. Everything was well thought out, and the details (heated floor in bathroom, fireplace, light breakfast foods, etc.). We've already booked this for next year!

Nice place, clean and spacious for a studio. Nice neighborhood. About 15-20 minute walk to waterfrint or Church Street shopping. We'd stay again.

We had a wonderful stay!! The place was beautifully maintained, spotless and had so many extra touches that made our stay very special. The bed is extremely comfortable and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom and fireplace. The location is perfect. Close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. This was a great getaway to relax and we can’t wait to visit again!! We highly recommend to any and all. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Mary was very helpful and quick with responses, a lot of great amenities in the studio - we loved the fire place! Mary left us a complimentary bottle of wine - so sweet :)

Our stay in Burlington was very pleasant. Mary Ann was attentive to all our needs, and responded quickly. The weather was not great, but it was so cozy inside, that looking at the beautiful garden, full of birds, squirrels and plants made up for the rainy time. I would definitely recommend!

Unit was a little musty smelling at first. But windows opened and air freshener cleared it up.

Mary Ann thought of everything to make us feel relaxed and at home, especially a well-stocked kitchenette. This is a simply beautiful studio attached to a lovely home with gorgeous plantings and a comfortable outdoor space to relax in. Impeccably outfitted with everything you need, quality finishes. Excellent location, central yet quiet, easy parking.
