All street parking is public unless otherwise designated. Behind the building is a private alley way for more additional parking behind the building. This parking is reserved for our guests only so you won't be competing for a spot. Additionally, if parking behind the building, a second access point is available thru the door labeled Laundry Room. A second door will be inside that leads to the stairwell to the kitchen.
- No smoking inside of the condo. If smoke is detected, there will be a $250 fine.
