Stayed Apr 14, 2023This loft is a real find! The location makes it easily walkable to the stadium, soooo many shops and restaurants and parking (relatively) close. Our host did an excellent job and presents a large yet cozy residence that was clean and safe. Parking is best at Washington Street Parking Deck and Target and CVS are literally right next to the front door. Loved it!

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Only dislike was that their was no hair dryer in the unit. Luckily there is a Target literally next door.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Condo is super conveniently located less than a block from the “Arch”, a 10-minute walk to Sanford Stadium. Also located close to many downtown restaurants and bars. Note: if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs as the nightlife noise can be heard from the sidewalks below.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023Two stars for online listing and 4 starts for check in only because the online listing didn’t provide much information at all. The pictures were all the info we had to go on. 4 stars for the check in process because no information was given on best places to park for the unit because the best parking is a block away. However, even with those two things lacking, the owner was VERY responsive with all of my questions upon check in. And we were able to get to and into the unit fairly quickly even with all of the unknowns. Would definitely stay here again. The building and unit were both very clean, and the location is unbeatable for downtown Athens!

Stayed May 9, 2023The host was wonderful and very communicative. The apartment was spacious, clean and great layout. Giant TVs along with a very well stocked kitchen. And location can’t be beat with access to all in Athens and across the street from campus. We will book again. John
