The Epic 27 Penthouse Vista Cay Resort Orlando FL

Great condo! Lots of room and EXCELLENT location. Very close to Universal and nearby restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was also amazing!

Condo was exactly as described. Check in and check out were easy. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our large group. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay

Comfortably sleep our family, and really great access to the Orange County convention center. Would stay here again on our next trip.

The vrbo app went out right as we were supposed to be checking in, so my information to get into the place was delayed. I was able to locate the phone number for the owner, who did respond to me just a bit after 4pm to give me the information. The actual place we stayed was absolutely wonderful. Clean. Everything was in working condition. I hope we can stay there again next summer.

This was my family's first time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! Alex was great with communication and booking with Epic X US was easy. The day before we arrived we received all room instructions and codes for entry. When we walked into the room it was EXACTLY like the pictures! The Condo was clean, bright and HUGE! The bedrooms were immaculate with plenty of pillows, towels in the bathrooms and other essentials (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) This was very nice to have some essentials already there as opposed to scrambling to a grocery store right away for those items. All your necessary kitchen items are there (plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker etc.) This unit is located on the 4th floor and has a nice balcony outside that came in handy to wind down during the evenings. The week we stayed we were there for a national volleyball tournament being held at the Orange County Convention Center. The location is perfect to the OCCC and Universal Theme parks. Restaurants are all nearby. Our room was quiet and we never heard any of the other tenants at any time. The Vista Cay Resort has an amazing community pool with pool bar that came in handy for adult beverages and they also made beverages/smoothies for the kids. I can't recommend the Vista Cay Resort and this Condo (The Epic Milan Penthouse) enough. It was a fantastic stay and we are looking forward to staying here again in the future!
