The Downtown Studio #1, Walk to Main St, Hot tub!

Very cute place and close to town, but the walls are thin and you can hear everything from both neighboring studios. Wish there had been a mounted shower head instead of the “rainfall” one in place. It was just a bigger shower head mounted from the ceiling and didn’t have even pressure. The hot tub area was nice and not too far of a walk from the front door.

This property was perfect! My husband and I went for the weekend so we could stroll around town and visit some Winery’s. This house was in the perfect location. We walked one block and we were in the heart of downtown on Main. I can’t wait to visit again!

Nice location, clean. The only downside is hearing the other 2 units talking and moving around.

Few recommendations. It might sound silly but I think visitors might really enjoy the TV being in the bedroom vs in the sitting area or even one in both. additionally not a whole lot of space to throw trash away. We loved the AC unit it did great and I remember the bed being nice. Location was also a perk.

Our second time staying here. Great location, quieter since it's a couple of blocks from Main Street; very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Everything you need for a short stay.

As advertised! Super cute spot - convenient, easy walk to Main Street, comfy bed, nice shower, and loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk around to the side of the house to the enclosed hot tub area (robe and towels provided) and technically private, but with the hot tub areas for all suites located together on the one side of the house, similar to inside of house, you can hear if other guests are there. Didn’t impact our stay; we would definitely stay again, but good to be aware.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience! The hosts communicated all along the way with all the instructions we’d need to make our stay pleasant and easy. It was a lovely property and just a couple blocks from Main Street. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely! We’d give them a 20 out of 10!

Just about a block off Main st. This place was perfect stop for visiting Fredericksburg.

Perfect location for us, only a 5 min walk to two of our favorite places Hondo’s and Altdorf Biergarten. Comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was nice after walking around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great stay. Walking distance to downtown, clean, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, easy check-in & check-out instructions. Highly recommend and would stay again & again.

The unit was clean & very nicely decorated. Made for a great weekend getaway with my girlfriend! The location was perfect, just a few steps from the main road. Definitely staying here again!

Lovely decor and excellent bed. Could use a grab bar in the shower for us older folks and some details on how to use the cable system. Spectrum is complicated and most people have Direct TV. Personally we use ROCU

Surprised my husband with a weekend away for his birthday. The accommodations are cute, exactly as advertised, perfect for what we needed. Hot tub is a giant plus. Close to all the downtown activities. Quick response via messenger by host manager. Highly recommend for a couple’s getaway.

We loved our weekend stay. The apartment is so close to downtown and a short drive up 290 to vineyards.

We loved our stay here. It was clean, well cared for and supplied what we needed for a short getaway. We were able to walk to dinner every night and enjoyed a post dinner dip in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!
