Stayed Apr 7, 2023Denise, our host thought of everything. We had coffee and laundry detergent already there for our trip. She even had makeup wipes and qtips. There were extra blankets and an entire desk area to get work done. I locked myself out of the apartment and within minutes Denise had me back inside!

Stayed Mar 5, 2025I had a great stay at this property while in Ocala for a business trip. The location was incredibly convenient—close to main roads for easy access but set back enough to be quiet. It was also a quick and easy drive to both downtown and my work location. The space itself was bright, spacious, and very well-appointed with everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the AC worked perfectly (which isn’t always a given!). Plenty of parking. No onerous check out tasks. :-) Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be looking to book here again in the future.

Everything about staying at the the Downtown Retreat One was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious, and wonderfully equipped for a day, a week, or a month.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023Great option for me and my family. Very clean with a lot of thoughtful extras like K-pods, detergent pods, basket of extra toiletries, etc. Easy access to 43rd to take us to 200 so we could visit my mom at On Top of the World. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of downtown stores and restaurants.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Within 18 minute drive to FAST aquatic center and close to, well everything. Plenty of room in this cosy 2 bedroom. Rooms were large and the beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. Loved this place and hope to be back next year.
