Beautiful property, comfy beds ,amazing decoration in a great location, walking distance for the state park and restaurants. This property is on the top floor of a great cafe. Definitely recommend!!

Such a wonderful place to stay, we were laughing that everything we wanted to do for the weekend was literally within a 5 min walk! Great restaurants around, the nightlife was fun, and the hospitality was top notch!

We enjoyed our stay here, clean property with everything you could want for a stay in Berkeley Springs. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hosts were very quick to respond to us when we had questions.

Great location. Pretty much walk to anything in downtown. Flat is perfect for a couple. Easy easy for entertainment with the record player and everything you need is furnished. Big kitchen if you want to cook or make coffee. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely love this property. Location is great, hosts are great, sauna is great and it is impeccably clean and well stocked. We only got to spend one night this trip but will most definitely be back!

This flat was so perfect for us. We enjoyed the sauna, comfy bed, record player, and all the cute little touches that made it so special. The location was great. The shop downstairs had delicious food and everything we needed.

We love Berkeley Springs and this enabled us to stay downtown where everything was in walking distance. Beautiful property with well thought out personal touches making you feel at home. We could not have loved this place more. We’re in a road trip and only stayed one night, but we really wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean, nicely decorated, and was very luxurious. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sam and Jeff!
