Stayed Mar 1, 2026The room was very clean. The owner responded very quickly to my emails.The space was smaller than I anticipated. I originally thought there would be me & a friend but I ended up solo. I’m glad that I was solo because my friend & I aren’t intimate friends. It would’ve been cramped for both of us. I would stay again because of its location, cleanliness, owner responses & the pool.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Pelican. It’s just steps from Hollywood Boardwalk and Hollywood Beach. Parking can be an issue depending on the size of your vehicle and your parking space. The unit is really dated but also very clean. The bed was comfortable and has all the necessities you will need for your stay. Our Host is very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again!

Stayed Jan 26, 2024This little studio was great! I could live there. Perfect location on the beach, I walked barefoot across the street to the beach and you are right there on the Hollywood Boardwalk. The place is small but totally comfortable and was very clean. The building is a colorful cast of characters, mostly retirees and all harmless. It has a heated pool which was really nice. The weather was gorgeous the whole time and David who was the host was great! I accidentally booked the trip a day later than I thought but he let me come a day earlier which was perfect and so nice!! Highly recommend.
