Stayed Oct 23, 2024We arrived from Rome by train. Orvieto is a lovely city where you can walk everywhere. The streets and alleys are picturesque but steep. The piazzas are all lovely and provide a place to relax and grab a bite to eat. The apartment has everything you need including a washer/dryer in an adjacent building. Chiara is a lovely host. She had many recommendations for the area. We walked down and up St Patrick’s Well. Fascinating architecture. My only comment about the apartment is the lighting for the main room (kitchen/sitting room/dining area): the main light is very, very bright. If there were a dimmer switch, it would be more welcoming. Chiara arranged for a taxi from the train station and back to the train station when we checked out. Very accommodating. We thought it was the perfect place to stay.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara’s apartment in Orvieto. She went out of her way to make our stay easy and enjoyable, arranging taxis and helping with luggage. The apartment is comfortable and close to the many tourist attractions of this picturesque historic city. We would certainly stay here again.
